You don’t have to push through exhaustion, confusion or sleepless nights alone.
Whether it’s your own health, your hormones, or your child’s sleep that feels out of balance, gentle and targeted support can make all the difference.
I offer holistic naturopathic care for women alongside responsive sleep consulting for babies and children — supporting families through seasons of change, depletion and growth. My approach is personalized and root-cause focused, helping you understand what your body or your child’s body is asking for and how to respond with care.
Together, we restore balance, and support deeper healing — so that this season of life is everything you dream of.

Naturopathic & Sleep Consulting Services:

1
Naturopathy
For women ready to feel energised, balanced and vital.
Your body is always communicating — through your mood, energy, sleep, hormones and cycles. When something’s out of sync, it’s your body’s way of asking for attention and nourishment.
My naturopathic consultations are designed to uncover the root causes of your symptoms and gently bring your body back into balance.
2
Sleep Consulting
Gentle, holistic sleep support for babies and children.
You deserve to feel rested, and your little one does too.
If you’ve tried everything and still find yourself up all night, this is for you.
My approach to sleep consulting is gentle and responsive — helping you create calm routines and better sleep without “cry it out” or rigid sleep training.
Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Georgie Duncan — a degree-qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist, and certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant.
I’m also mum to Izzy, step-mum to Elsie, and lucky enough to call the beautiful Margaret River, Western Australia home.
Before becoming a mother, I spent years specializing in hormonal health and complex fertility and ART cases — helping women bring new life into the world. But it wasn’t until I had my own daughter that I truly understood the importance of sleep (or the lack of it) in shaping our health, mood and vitality.
In her first year, my daughter was colicky, hard to settle, and rarely slept — which meant I rarely did either. When she finally started sleeping through the night, my body remained in ‘survival mode’ and I, unfortunately, stopped sleeping altogether. Chronic anxiety and severe insomnia had taken hold, and it took me two long years to recover.
