Mexican Black Bean's
A favourite, especially when I haven't got any meat defrosted in time. I like this especially in Summer, when it's too hot to have anything cooking for long periods of time.

Chia Berry Sauce
A delicious and easy berry sauce that you can add to smoothies, smoothie bowels, porridge, or just drink straight from the jar, or mix with nut butter and choc chips for a yummy dessert.

Overnight buckwheat porridge with chia berry sauce
Delicious gluten free porridge, that I actually like more than normal porridge. Soaking overnight with the yoghurt helps to break down the phytic acid from the seeds and aids digestion, as well as making the mix creamier.

My fave (only?) Bolognese recipe
Every family has their go to Bolognese recipe, and this is mine. It's very versatile as I use whatever veggies I have on hand, but the musts are onion, garlic and carrot, and then I add whatever else I have available.

A meal that requires no cooking skills (apart from cooking rice), hardly and time, and is the perfect mid week, ran out of food, emergency meal that is full of goodness.
