Chia Berry Sauce

A delicious and easy berry sauce that you can add to smoothies, smoothie bowels, porridge, or just drink straight from the jar, or mix with nut butter and choc chips for a yummy dessert. 


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups filtered water

  • 2 cups organic frozen berries (any kind or a mix)

  • ½ cup chia seeds


Method:

Place all ingredients into a saucepan and cook gently for 10-15 minutes until the berries are softened. Squish berries with a fork, then leave to cool down before pouring the mix into a jar and storing in the fridge.
