If you’ve tried everything and still find yourself up all night, this is for you. My approach to sleep consulting is gentle and responsive — helping you create calm routines and better sleep without “cry it out” or rigid sleep training.
​
Together, we’ll look at your child’s temperament, environment, nutrition and development to create a rhythm that works for your family.
​
After all - a non sleeping baby means non sleeping parents, and NO ONE is feeling good in this situation, or enjoying this experience as much as they could be.
​
While I do treat families and babies from my local Margaret River region, and love sharing stories of our beautiful town, I work predominantly online, so I can work with babies all over the world!

What's Included: ​

Initial consultation (30-45 mins via Zoom or phone)

Personalized sleep plan designed for your child with ALL the details you will need to get started.

Ongoing guidance via email or phone every 24-48 hours for 2 weeks

Option to extend support week by week if needed
Suitable for children aged 3 weeks to 12 years.

You will come away at the end of 2 weeks with a happier baby, a routine that you are confident in, and a lot less sleep debt.

Package Options
Which package should I choose?

Initial 2 Week Support
​
This is the option to choose if you have not seen me before for sleep consulting. We will work together for a full 2 weeks, with check ins every 24-48 hours to make sure that the plan is working and that any hurdles or updates that require tweaks can be made. Your baby isn't a robot, and wont suddenly follow your ideal routine exactly (No? Damn!), so this is where having support through the whole transition phase is so important, instead of just following a set of rules from a download.

Follow Up Week to Week Support
​
This option comes after your initial 2 weeks are up. You can choose to book in additional weekly support straight away, if we haven't resolved your child's sleep within the first two weeks, or you may chose to come back after a month or two for those annoying regressions.
​
You may book in for follow up support for up to 12 months after your initial 2 week support.
